| Day 1 | Today we set our sights for the grand city of the Bayou—New Orleans. Our overnight will be in Birmingham, a city once known as the “Pittsburgh of the South”. |
| Day 2 | Our travels today lead us to The Big Easy, a city with a magical charm where people have learned to just enjoy living. We check into our hotel for the next two nights, refresh, then enjoy an included dinner at the famous Acme Oyster House, steps away from Bourbon Street. Enjoy time in the French Quarter after dinner. | Day 3 | After breakfast our knowledgeable local guide will help us understand how the Cajuns, Creoles, Spanish and French joined together to create the area’s truly unique culture. Lunch will be on your own in the Jackson Square area. This afternoon we visit the National World War II Museum. The Museum is celebrating ten years of preserving and sharing the stories of the greatest generation and has become the nation’s official World War II Museum. This evening you will discover Harrah’s Casino located just steps away from the French Quarter. Inside you will find life-sized Mardi Gras floats, French Quarter balconies and a pirate’s ship. | Day 4 | After our included breakfast we depart for a scenic Gulf Coast drive to Pensacola and a visit to the world class, world renowned National Naval Aviation Museum, the largest of its kind in the world. See more than 150 beautifully restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard aviation. Soar with the Blue Angels in a dazzling seven-story glass and steel atrium and learn the human side of naval aviation. We will overnight in the Pensacola area. Dinner is included this evening. B,D |
