Day 1 Journey to French Canada, traveling eastward to the capital of Ontario, Toronto. Dinner this evening will be included tonight. D
Day 2 Welcome to your journey through eastern Canada, famous for its historic French and English influence, offering a true cultural appeal to all visitors! Your local tour director will greet you upon arrival in Montreal, a truly beautiful city filled with a splendid variety of European influences giving it a cosmopolitan charade. Dinner with a “French flair” is included this evening. B, D
Day 3 A hearty breakfast sets the pace for an exciting day in Canada, beginning with a city tour, stopping at some of its most famous sites, including Notre Dame and Old Montreal. This afternoon, your tour will head northeast to Quebec City. Whether you prefer a walk along Old Quebec's picturesque streets, a ride on a horse-drawn buggy, or a night out on the town, there is something for everyone. Your tour will arrive late afternoon in Quebec, where you will stay for two nights. Enjoy a fine dinner tonight as you sample the menu typical for this region. B, D
Day 4 Awake to a fresh start today with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. This morning's tour will take you throughout old and new Quebec. Situated high on a cliff overlooking the St. Lawrence River, Quebec City is the only fortified city north of Mexico, with its impressive stone walls. Visit Place Royal, Notre Dame de Vidoires Church, the Diamond-shaped Citadel, and the Plains of Abraham. Your tour will then travel outside the city to the nearby d'Orleans, a colorful island dotted with historic homes and old farming villages. To eat a strawberry grown on the island is to be spoiled forever." Continue to Montmorency Falls, a breathtaking white, watery cascade higher than the falls at Niagara! Soon, you will arrive at the world-famous shrine, Sainte Anne de Beaupre, a Basilica built in her honor. Enjoy dinner this evening in one of Quebec's quaint restaurants. B, D
Day 5 Following breakfast, the morning is free for you to explore the historic district, visit the many specialty shops, or simply stroll along the banks of the St. Lawrence River, stopping in a French cafe for a taste of a delicious pastry. Your afternoon will leave Quebec behind as you return to Montreal for an overnight. Tonight is a special evening featuring an authentic French-Quebecois dinner and entertainment. You will become a part of a 17th century banquet at the historical Old Fort on Sainte Helen's Island! B, D
Day 6 After breakfast, included this morning, it is time to say, “au revoir” to the warm hospitality of our Canadian neighbors. It truly has been an exciting adventure! Now you're on your way home, this time via Kingston, Ontario and a 1,000 Island Cruise. You'll overnight in Syracuse. B
Day 7 Re-enter Canada for the last time to visit one of the world's premier attractions - Niagara Falls. Put on raincoats and travel down through the Journey of the Falls for three different views of the billowing waters. Afternoon on your own to enjoy the Falls. Farewell dinner at Elements completes a great Canadian tour. B, D
Day 8 You depart this morning for your final day's travel, full of fond memories of your travels to Canada. Perhaps one day you will return!
