CANCELLATIONS

Please Note: Cancellation Protection will be automatically added to your invoice.  If you do not want Cancellation Protection, you may decline when you make your FINAL payment.

Cancellations and Refunds with purchased Cancellation Protection:

  • Cancellation Protection guarantees a full refund in case of cancellation.
  • Cancellation Protection guarantees a full refund up to the day before the tour departure.
  • Cancellation Protection allows a refund on any unused portion of a tour due to illness or emergency while on tour.

Any exceptions to the cancellation protection cost will be listed per tour.
Other plans will be offered on all overseas tours and cruises offered by Croswell Tours.

Cancellations & Refunds without Purchased Cancellation Protection:

Multi-Day Tours
1. Cancellations prior to 45 days before tour departure qualify for a full refund.
2. Cancellations 44 days or less before tour departure qualify for a refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee and any non-refundable fees paid out on your behalf.

One-Day Tours
1. Cancellations prior to 45 days before tour departure qualify for a full refund.
2. Cancellations 44 days before the tour departure qualify for a refund minus a $10.00 administrative fee and any non-refundable fees paid out on your behalf.

Airlines & Cruises
1. Cancellations will be refundable in accordance with the policies stated by the air/sea
Organizations.

No Shows
There are no refunds for “No Shows”.

IMMIGRATON REGULATIONS

When departing the U.S. for another country, proof of citizenship is mandatory and must be carried with you. This includes a Passport or a government issued photo identification with a certified copy of a birth certificate with a raised seal. Croswell Tours is not responsible for decisions made by customs officials.

ALCOHOL

Alcoholic beverages and containers are NOT permitted inside the motorcoach. Alcoholic beverages may be stored in the cargo area under the coach for use at your destination.
“No Alcohol” policy is strictly enforced.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT permitted on our motorcoaches. This includes restroom facility on board.
“No Smoking” policy is strictly enforced. Ample stops for meals and sightseeing should accommodate smokers. All room reservations will be made for non-smoking rooms. Please mention when booking your tour if you desire a smoking room and this will be requested.

GRATUITIES

Tipping hotel personnel and dining room staff is included when meals are part of your tour. If you wish to show your appreciation to your bus driver or tour escort, gratuity may be rewarded on a voluntary and individual basis. This practice is customary, but not obligatory.
Customary Tip: $1 Per Day, Per Person.

PICK UP LOCATIONS

Croswell reserves the right to cancel a pick up location if less than four (4) people are to be picked up. Groups of ten (10) or more may arrange a special pick-up at a location of their choice.

CROSWELL FREQUENT TRAVEL PROGRAM

Croswell Travel Bucks! For each day you travel on a Croswell Retail Tour you will receive one (1) Travel Buck. Each Travel Buck is equal to $1.00. Use your Travel Bucks Like Cash on ANY Croswell Retail Tour. Your tour escort will distribute travel Bucks on each Retail Tour.
NOTE: Croswell Travel Bucks are nontransferable, not redeemed for cash, expire one (1) year from date issued and are NOT reissued if lost. Croswell Tours reserves the right to cancel this promotion without notice.

LUGGAGE HANDLING

Croswell Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles or luggage. Luggage is limited to one (1) small overnight and one (1) large overnight bag per person. Croswell Tours will handle only the large piece of luggage throughout your tour. Your carry on is your responsibility.

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, Master Card, Cash, Check and Money Orders.

SEAT ASSIGNMENT

You may make a seating request, i.e. “front”, “middle”, or “rear” at time of booking. If you are traveling with a roommate and/or a group, your seats will be assigned based on the receipt of the last final payment of the individual &/or group.

Your personal belongings can remain in your seat, overhead or underfoot. No one will try and take your seat, or…ugh…ask you to rotate! Gone are the days of leaving home at 2AM just to try to secure your favorite seat. Sleep a bit more, and arrive in time to board the coach without worry as to which seat will be yours.

We are unable to reserve sections of the motorcoach for special needs such as motion sickness. If you have a special need, it is best to check with your doctor for advice. Also, you may wish to pay early to secure a seat, which might alleviate the problem.

As final documents are being issued, all seating requests will be honored in the order final payment was received. All seat assignments will be made in a fair and impartial manner.

SMOKING

While we will make every effort to secure a "smoking room" when requested, we cannot "guarantee" a smoking room. Many hotels no longer offer smoking rooms.
