Day 1: Today, we drive across the heartland of Pennsylvania, travel along the turnpike near Harrisburg and check into our overnight accommodations. Dinner will be included this evening. D
Day 2: Breakfast is included before departing early for New York City. This afternoon we take a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. At Ellis Island you see where more than 14 million immigrants came into the United States in search of the American dream. This evening we check into our New Jersey hotel for a two-night stay. B
Day 3: Our sightseeing begins this morning with our local guide for a fascinating tour of New York City. See the famous west side of Central Park, where many celebrities, actors and television personalities have made their homes. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Wall Street and more will be on our agenda. After our tour we include some time for shopping and lunch on your own. This afternoon we will tour Radio City Music Hall, home of the famous Rockettes. After an included Pre-Theatre dinner, we take our seats for the exciting Broadway Show…Hamilton! B, D
Day 4: This morning after check-out we return to Manhattan and visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. Learn about that fateful day and all the families it touched. The museum houses authentic artifacts helping us understand what happened on 9/11, how people responded after the attack, and the history of the rebuilding of the World Trade Center. This afternoon we leave the big city behind, looking forward to our farewell dinner together and an overnight stay near Harrisburg. B, D
Day 5: After our included breakfast we depart for our return trip home. Plan to arrive early this evening after a wonderful springtime adventure to NYC! B
